Oyako Yaki is a flavorful Japanese dish featuring tender chicken and eggs grilled together with a savory marinade. It’s a satisfying and hearty meal.

🍳 **Ingredients**:
- 2 boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake (optional)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)

🍳 **Instructions**:
1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake (if using), and sugar in a bowl to create the marinade.
2. Marinate chicken pieces in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan or on a grill over medium-high heat.
4. Grill chicken pieces until cooked through and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes per side.
5. Pour beaten eggs over the chicken and cook until eggs are set.
