I recently tried making Paneer Butter Masala, and it turned out to be a delightful dish! The creamy, rich sauce paired perfectly with the soft paneer, making it a comforting meal I can't wait to share.
Ingredients:
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the chopped onions. SautΓ© until they turn golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the pureed tomatoes, garam masala, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
- Gently add the paneer cubes and mix well, allowing them to soak up the flavors for a few minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stir to combine, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
