- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp milk

Instructions:
- Prepare the Fish:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the Coating:
- In a shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, place the flour.
- In a third bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- Coat the Fish:
- Dredge each fish fillet in the flour, shaking off any excess.
- Dip the floured fish into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Press the fish into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
- Bake the Fish:
- Place the coated fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the fillets with olive oil or melted butter for extra crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve:
