Instructions​

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Fruit Filling:
    • In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cornstarch. Toss until the fruit is evenly coated.
    • Pour the fruit mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Make the Cobbler Topping:
