Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach schnapps, brandy, orange juice, and sugar (if using). Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add Fruit: Add the sliced peaches, orange, and lemon to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Chill: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Add Sparkling Water: Just before serving, stir in the club soda or sparkling water for a bit of fizz.
  5. Serve: Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice, ensuring each glass gets some of the fruit slices. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
