Ingredients:
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Pinch of sea salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pits.
- In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until well combined.
- Stuff each date with a teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture.
- Cut each slice of cooked bacon in half crosswise.
- Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
