Start your day right with this perfect breakfast meal recipe: fluffy scrambled eggs with avocado toast!

  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 slices of whole-grain bread
  • Olive oil or butter for toasting
Instructions:


Step 1: Begin by cracking the eggs into a bowl and whisking them until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a dash of olive oil or butter.

Step 3: Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for a few seconds until the edges start to set.

Step 4: Use a spatula to gently scramble the eggs, folding them over themselves until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 5: While the eggs are cooking, slice the avocados and mash them lightly with a fork in a separate bowl. Season with a pinch of salt.

Step 6: Toast the slices of whole-grain bread until golden brown and crispy.

Step 7: Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto each slice of toast.

Step 8: Serve the creamy scrambled eggs alongside the avocado toast for a delicious and satisfying breakfast.
