A very nice breakfast for you

Ingredients:
- Cocktail sausages (little smokies)
- Bacon slices, cut into halves
- Barbecue sauce, honey mustard sauce, or a combination of both
- Toothpicks or skewers
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This helps elevate the sausages and bacon, allowing them to cook evenly.
- Wrap the Sausages:
- Take each cocktail sausage and wrap it with a half-slice of bacon. Secure the bacon in place with a toothpick or skewer. Repeat with the remaining sausages and bacon.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix together your choice of barbecue sauce, honey mustard sauce, or a combination of both. You can adjust the ratio of sauces to your taste preference.
- Coat the Wrapped Sausages:
- Dip each bacon-wrapped sausage into the sauce mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Arrange on the Baking Sheet:
- Place the coated sausages on the wire rack on the prepared baking sheet. Leave a little space between each sausage to allow for even cooking.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the sausages are cooked through.
- Serve:
- Remove the pigs in a jacuzzi from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve them warm with toothpicks or skewers for easy serving.
Tips:
- You can customize the sauce by adding ingredients like brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, or maple syrup for extra flavor.
- If you're short on time, you can also cook the pigs in a jacuzzi in an air fryer for a faster cooking process.
- Serve these delicious appetizers at parties, game nights, or any gathering where you want to impress your guests with a fun and tasty treat.
