Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 1 large flour tortilla (10-inch diameter)
- 3-4 slices of deli turkey
- 2-3 slices of cheese (such as cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing or mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh spinach leaves (optional)
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing (or mayonnaise), garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire tortilla.
- Layer the slices of deli turkey evenly over the cream cheese mixture, covering the tortilla.
- Place the slices of cheese evenly over the turkey layer. If using fresh spinach leaves, layer them on top of the cheese.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll up the tortilla into a log shape. Press gently as you roll to ensure the pinwheel holds together.
- Once rolled, wrap the tortilla log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
- When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and slice the chilled tortilla log into 1-inch thick rounds. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and secure with toothpicks if needed.
