**Ingredients**:
- 500g whole fish (such as sea bass or snapper), cleaned
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
**Instructions**:
1. Place the fish on a heatproof dish suitable for steaming.
2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar until well combined.
3. Pour the sauce mixture over the fish. Scatter minced garlic, ginger slices, and green onions on top.
