Indulging in flavor, not guilt! Prawn Caesar Salad - the perfect balance of freshness and satisfaction on my diet journey. This has been my my delicious ally on my diet. I'd like to share this delicious treat. Here's my own version:

- 1 pound large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
- Add the cooked prawns to the bowl and toss gently to combine.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the salad and toss again.
- Divide the salad onto serving plates and top each with croutons.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Prawn Caesar Salad!
