Hey everyone! With the holiday season approaching, there's no better time to try making Puerto Rican Coquito. This rich and creamy coconut-based drink is a festive favorite, perfect for sharing with family and friends. It's like a tropical version of eggnog that will definitely warm your spirits! 🎄🥥

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (15 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut
  • 1 cup white rum (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)
Equipment:
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Blender
  • Large pitcher or bottle for storage
Instructions:
  1. In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, cream of coconut, white rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the Coquito into a large pitcher or bottle.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Shake well before serving. Pour into glasses and garnish with cinnamon sticks if desired.
