Here's a treat that my kids love. Creamy, dreamy, and packed with pumpkin goodness.
Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack on-the-go.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Handful of ice cubes

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the canned pumpkin puree, ripe banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or spice if necessary.
4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
5. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or whipped cream.
