Satsumaimo - Sweet Potato Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 2-3 medium sweet potatoes (Satsumaimo)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Sea salt to taste

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces or leave them whole.
3. Toss the sweet potatoes with vegetable oil and optional sugar if using.
4. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, flipping halfway through.
6. Season with a sprinkle of sea salt and serve warm.
