Foodie, seafood lovers! 🌊🍽️ I've been indulging in scallops lately and started wondering, should I be concerned about cholesterol? 🤔❤️ They're so delicious, it's hard to resist! But I want to make sure I'm eating heart-healthy. Does anyone have the scoop on scallops and their cholesterol content?

Hiii! I think Scallops are low in saturated fat and cholesterol. In fact, they contain nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, which can help lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease. If you have specific concerns about cholesterol, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice☺️

Scallops are low in fat and cholesterol, however in comparison to other seafood, they have a higher cholesterol content. They do, however, also have omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for heart health. Like any food, moderation is essential. Scallops are best enjoyed in moderation as part of a balanced diet, not in excess if cholesterol is a concern. 🍽🦐
