I always choose egg whenever i don't like the dish, but to make it more tastier, here's my own Scrambled Eggs recipe!

- Eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Butter or oil (optional)
- Optional toppings (such as cheese, herbs, vegetables, or cooked meats)
- Crack desired number of eggs into a bowl. Use about 2 eggs per serving.
- Beat the eggs lightly with a fork or whisk until the yolks and whites are mixed.
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil if desired.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet.
- As the eggs begin to set, gently push them from the edges to the center with a spatula, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges.
- Continue cooking and gently stirring until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency. They should be moist but not runny.
- Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with cheese, herbs, vegetables, or cooked meats of your choice.
- Enjoy your delicious scrambled eggs!
