Scrambled Eggs

I always choose egg whenever i don't like the dish, but to make it more tastier, here's my own Scrambled Eggs recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter or oil (optional)
  • Optional toppings (such as cheese, herbs, vegetables, or cooked meats)
Instructions:

  1. Crack desired number of eggs into a bowl. Use about 2 eggs per serving.
  2. Beat the eggs lightly with a fork or whisk until the yolks and whites are mixed.
  3. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil if desired.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet.
  6. As the eggs begin to set, gently push them from the edges to the center with a spatula, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges.
  7. Continue cooking and gently stirring until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency. They should be moist but not runny.
  8. Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate.
  9. Serve hot, optionally topped with cheese, herbs, vegetables, or cooked meats of your choice.
  10. Enjoy your delicious scrambled eggs!
