Hi! I'd like to share my grandma's recipe with you and let me know how it tastes for you.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (any kind you like)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a big bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the shredded cheese and stir it in.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until it's all combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool a bit before slicing and enjoy!
