Shio Ramen - Salt Ramen Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- Toppings: sliced green onions, boiled egg, nori strips, sliced pork or chicken, and bamboo shoots
Instructions:
