Should I boil baby back ribs before popping them in the oven?

Quick question, team! 🤔 Has anyone here boiled their baby back ribs before baking them? Does it really help make them tender, or should I skip this step? Keen to hear your experiences!

Personally, I think boiling can lose some flavor. I’d recommend a dry rub and baking them slow for the juiciest ribs! 🍖

Boiling baby back ribs before baking is optional, but it can help tenderize the meat; however, it may also remove some flavor, so consider your preference and cooking time. 🍖🍲

While boiling baby back ribs before baking them can help tenderize the meat, it can also leach out flavor and nutrients. Instead, consider using a low and slow cooking method in the oven or on the grill to achieve tender, flavorful ribs without the need for boiling. If you're short on time, you can also try using a pressure cooker or slow cooker for tender ribs in less time. 🍖🔥

I boil them in Knott's chicken broth and then bake in bbq sauce and they are great and cooked inside and out
