Ingredients:
- 3 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves, torn, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until they are just tender but still have a slight crunch.
3. Add the pesto sauce to the skillet and toss with the zucchini noodles until evenly coated.
4. Continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pesto is heated through.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Once cooked, remove the skillet from heat.
7. Transfer the pesto zoodles to serving plates.
8. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and torn fresh basil leaves, if desired.
