Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 1/2 cup spinach or kale leaves (optional, for added nutrients)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt alternative
- 1/4 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
- Toppings of your choice (such as granola, sliced fruits, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, honey or maple syrup)

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, mixed berries, spinach or kale leaves (if using), Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
3. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
4. Top the smoothie with your favorite toppings, such as granola, sliced fruits, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and nutritious Smoothie Bowl!
