Soba Yakisoba is a delightful twist on the classic stir-fried noodle dish, using buckwheat noodles for a nutty flavor and satisfying texture. 🍜 This quick and tasty meal is packed with veggies and savory sauce, making it perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Soba Yakisoba - Stir-Fried Soba Noodles Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 200g soba noodles
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cabbage, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Optional: sliced pork, chicken, or tofu, and pickled ginger for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, and stir-fry the onion, carrot, cabbage, and bell pepper until tender.
3. Add the cooked soba noodles to the skillet and toss with soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar.
4. Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through.
5. Garnish with pickled ginger if desired, and serve hot.
