SPANISH PATTIES

Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Spain, these patties are packed with savory goodness and aromatic herbs.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through to your desired level of doneness.
5. Serve the Spanish Patties hot, topped with your favorite toppings or sauces, and enjoy the delicious flavors of Spain!
