  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
