Hey guys, if you're gearing up for a fun get-together with the lads and you're in need of a fiery dish to spice things up ..This recipe is for you to try and cook
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings, split at the joints, tips removed
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions, sesame seeds
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the Sriracha sauce mixture and toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
- Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Transfer the wings to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve the Spicy Sriracha Chicken Wings hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese dressing.
