Strawberry Banana Crepes

Hey foodies! Got y’all another sweet delight, Strawberry Banana Crepes. It's soft, filled with creaminess, and topped with fresh fruits. Perfect for a delicious breakfast or anytime treat!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • ½ cup confectioners' sugar
Topping:
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 medium firm bananas, sliced
  • ¼ cup sugar (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, milk, and eggs in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet. Pour in 2 tablespoons of batter, spread evenly, and cook until dry on top. Flip and cook briefly. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  3. Make the filling by mixing ingredients until smooth. Spread 2 tablespoons on each crepe and roll up.
  4. Combine topping ingredients and spoon over the crepes. Enjoy!
