Ingredients:
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1/2 block tofu, cubed
- 1/2 napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 pack shirataki noodles, drained
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup sake
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup dashi broth
- Optional: shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and raw eggs for dipping
Instructions:
1. In a hot pot or deep skillet, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and dashi broth. Bring to a simmer.
