Hey everyone! I wanted to share one of my go-to side dishes that’s super easy to make and adds a delicious twist to any meal—Sweet and Sour Onions. They’re tangy, a little sweet, and go perfectly with grilled meats or even as a topping on salads. Here’s how I make them:

- 2 large red onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey (or sugar if you prefer)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and cook until they’re soft and slightly caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in the balsamic vinegar, honey, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let it cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the onions are coated in that lovely sweet and sour sauce, remove from heat and serve warm.
