Ingredients:
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala spice blend
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil, for grilling
Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, mix together the plain yogurt, tandoori masala spice blend, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add the cleaned shrimp to the marinade and toss until each shrimp is evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
  5. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. Once cooked, remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside rice and vegetables.
