Craving some finger-lickin' wings with a flavorful kick? Tebasaki, crispy fried chicken wings coated in a sweet and savory glaze, are the perfect combination of crispy and sticky goodness!

**Ingredients:**
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (for coating)
- Oil for frying
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)

**Instructions:**
1. Coat the chicken wings lightly with cornstarch and fry until golden and crispy.
2. In a pan, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake, ginger, and garlic, simmering until it thickens into a glaze.
3. Toss the fried wings in the sauce until fully coated.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot!
