- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Use cookie cutters or a knife to cut out shapes or squares of dough.
- Place the cut-out dough shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Prick each biscuit with a fork to create decorative holes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
