  • 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
For Garnish (optional)
  • Fresh chopped parsley or chives

Instructions:

Prepare the Tenderloin

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the tenderloin steaks generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
  3. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned tenderloin steaks to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs to the skillet, then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
