Instructions:
- Mix the base:

- Add the seasonings:
- Add the dried parsley, dried dill, dried chives, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the seasonings are evenly distributed.
- Adjust the flavor:
- Taste the dressing and add lemon juice if you prefer a tangier flavor. Adjust the salt and pepper to taste if needed.
- Chill:
