I mostly use olive oil for cooking, especially because of its health benefits. I’ve found that olive oil with high polyphenols is a great choice, as it offers added antioxidant benefits, making it a perfect option for heart health. It’s ideal for salads and low-heat cooking. What do you think about using oils with higher polyphenol content?
