I’m on a quest to make my mashed potatoes both fluffy and creamy, but they often end up sticky. :( Does anyone have secrets or special techniques to prevent this? I'd appreciate any advice to improve my recipe! 🥔🌟
 
Sticky mashed potatoes? Ugh, the worst! Try this: use russet potatoes, boil 'em well, then mash 'em with a ricer, not a mixer. Add super hot milk and butter gradually, and don't overmix. A little secret: a splash of vinegar can help too!
