To cover or not to cover chicken breast in the oven?

I'm pondering whether to cover chicken breasts while baking. Does it help retain moisture, or is it better uncovered? Any advice based on your experiences?

Covering chicken breasts while baking can help retain moisture, making them juicier and less likely to dry out. If you cover them with foil or a lid, the steam will keep the chicken moist during cooking. However, if you prefer a crispy exterior, baking them uncovered for part of the time can help achieve that golden brown finish. It really depends on your preference, so you might try both methods to see which one you like best!
