Tough Times: Hey fellow cooks! 🍳🆘 My rump roast always seems to come out chewy, no matter what I do! 😩🤷‍♂️ Any ideas why it's giving me trouble? Temperature, cooking method, or something else? Let's troubleshoot this chewy dilemma together! 🤔🍖

Hey there! 🍳 Your rump roast might be coming out chewy because it's not cooked low and slow enough. Try cooking it at a lower temperature for a longer time to break down the tough fibers. Happy cooking! 🍖✨

Chewy rump roast is a bummer! Make sure it's cooked low and slow with plenty of liquid to keep it tender, and let it rest before slicing to redistribute the juices. 🥩

I feel your frustration. The trick that helped me is marinating or brining the meat to tenderize it. ☺️ I use an acidic marinade (consisting of vinegar or citrus) or brine with salt and spices. 🥩🥣 I submerge the meat in it before cooking. I hope this helps. 🤞
