I thought I'd kick off our recipe sharing with one of my favorite breakfast treats: a tropical pineapple smoothie! It's super refreshing, packed with vitamins, and gives you that perfect morning boost. Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • A handful of spinach leaves (optional, for added nutrients)

Instructions:
  1. Start by adding the frozen pineapple chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and honey (if using) into a blender.
  2. If you're feeling adventurous, toss in a handful of spinach leaves for an extra health kick!
  3. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Pour your smoothie into a glass and garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple or a sprinkle of shredded coconut if you're feeling fancy.
