- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
