Hey all, I've been mulling over getting a Dutch oven but started wondering about the downsides . They seem almost too good to be true, right? I know they're heavy, which might make handling and storage a bit of a workout. Also, I've heard they can be pretty pricey and might need specific care to prevent rusting or chipping, especially the enameled ones.
