Fascinatingly, they don’t just excel in nutrition but also in history, being one of the first crops domesticated. These tiny legumes pack a mighty punch, offering protein, iron, and fiber in spades. 🧐Surprisingly, they grow in pods, often containing one or two lentil seeds each.
