Get ready to fiesta with elote!I’m thinking of trying my hand at making elote at home. Does anyone know what ingredients I need to start with? Excited to give it a go!
Grill, roast, or boil the corn, then slather on mayo, cheese, spices, and lime. Add optional toppings for a spicy fiesta!

Hey there! Making elote is super simple and oh-so-delicious! 
You start with grilled or boiled corn on the cob, slather it with mayo or sour cream, sprinkle on some cotija cheese, add a squeeze of lime juice, and finish it off with chili powder or paprika. It's a flavor explosion!
