Seeking suggestions for sauces that bring out flavors without overpowering the dish. Homemade or store-bought, I'm open to all ideas. Has anyone found a combo that just sings?

Chicken and rice is so versatile! For a creamy option, a quick mushroom sauce is amazing ..Or, for something zippy, a light chimichurri is a winner ..Store-bought teriyaki or a simple lemon butter sauce work great too!
