What should turkey breast be cooked to?

Hello folks!! Has anyone here know if how long a turkey breast stays good? I cooked one a while back, but I'm not sure if it's still okay to eat.
Been debating whether to toss it or not. Any advice or experiences to share? Thanks!

Personally, I think turkey breast should be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165°F for safety, though.
