Hey, fellow pizza aficionados! Been experimenting with homemade pizza dough recently and got curious as to what kind of flour works best for that perfect crust? I know there's a lot out there - all-purpose, bread, 00, whole wheat... But which really gives that ideal chewiness and flavor? Would love to hear your thoughts and preferences.

Personally, I've found that a combination of bread flour and a bit of 00 flour gives my pizza dough the perfect chewiness and texture. 🍕 The bread flour adds structure, while the 00 flour gives it that authentic Italian crust. Experimenting with different ratios can also help you find what works best for your taste! Happy pizza making! 😋

Hi! It actually depends on your preferred style of dough.. I usually bread flour for a more chewy texture and right crisp on the outside. If not available, i go for all purpose flour although it wouldn't give the same chewiness..
