Hi. 👋👋Cook until the chicken is cooked through and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh (not touching bone) reads 160°F, around 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Try it next time 👌👍
 
The chicken should be tender and easy to shred or cut. If you’re cooking bone-in pieces, the meat should easily pull away from the bone when it’s done.
