Which flour is best for making crackers?

I've been experimenting with cracker recipes, but I'm wondering which flour gives the best results. 🌾 For those of you who bake crackers regularly, what type of flour do you prefer? Any tips on getting that perfect texture would be amazing!
 
I find all-purpose flour gives a great texture for crackers, but whole wheat or a mix can add extra flavor and crunch. For the best texture, roll the dough thin and bake at a high temperature. Happy baking! 🌟🍪
