Which is better bone broth liquid or powder?

Hi there!! Which one do you think is superior, is it bone broth liquid or powder? I've been pondering this lately. While liquid may seem more authentic, is the powder more convenient? Does anyone have experiences or knowledge to share? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Personally, I prefer bone broth liquid for its richer flavor and versatility in cooking. Though, the powder might be more convenient for on-the-go situations or storage limitations
