Which part of the cabbage do you usually eat?

Which part of the cabbage do you find best to eat? I'm trying to use more of it in my cooking and wondering what others prefer!

I prefer inner leaves since they are tender and sweet. Though the outer and inner leaves of the cabbage are edible still. The core and stem are tough but they are edible if cooked properly.

Mostly the leaves for me! I think the core is too tough though.

We usually eat the leaves of the cabbage, but sometimes the core is used for making sauerkraut or kimchi.
