• 9 cups Chex cereal (rice or corn)
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
  
  Instructions

1. Prepare the Cereal:
   • Place the Chex cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
2. Melt the Coating:
   • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter.
   • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
   • Stir in the peppermint extract.
3. Coat the Cereal:
   • Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the Chex cereal.
   • Gently stir to coat the cereal evenly.
4. Add Powdered Sugar:
   • Place the coated cereal in a large resealable plastic bag or a large bowl.
   • Add the powdered sugar and shake or stir until the cereal is well coated.
